When Blue Cross & Blue Shield of NC was transitioning from an agency to an internal creative team, I was brought in to lead the 2025 Open Enrollment campaign across channels (email, radio, Meta social, Meta Carousel, Tik Tok, TV, display, branded content. My involvement included influencing strategy, process, and interdisciplinary procedures to ensure quality, accuracy, and efficiency.
The campaign included executions for four different targets (Winback, Statewide, Blue Care, and Price Advantage) and two waves per target.
